I’ve been trading for about 30 years.
I actually have a degree in motor trading, but a friend got me into market trading instead – it was much more lucrative! I sell all kinds of household goods, toiletries and sweets.
I like meeting people and socialising with customers, and I have plenty of regulars who come back for the bargains… especially the toilet rolls.
Once I came to the market dressed up in a wig – I went round causing mischief. I drove the customers and other traders mad, but it livened up the day a lot!
