I’ve been trading at Victoria Centre Market for nearly four years now. I used to work as a chef in my local village pub, and that’s definitely what inspired me to start my own foodie venture.
Probably the best thing about working on the Market, apart from running the family business, is the camaraderie between the other traders. They’re like an extended family who you get to see every day!
